Private Car Arrival Transfers at Tokyo Narita Airport Terminal 1

If you've booked a private arrival transfer from Tokyo Narita Airport Terminal 1, your experience will be smooth and stress-free. After your flight lands and you’ve cleared immigration and customs, your driver will be waiting to meet you in the arrivals area.

Look out for a signboard displaying your name, which the driver will be holding. This meet-and-greet service is included in your booking for added ease, especially after a long flight.

Please check your transfer voucher carefully for the transfer company’s contact details and any specific instructions, in case you need assistance or your plans change.

The driver will wait for up to 90 minutes from your flight’s actual landing time. It’s important that you proceed through immigration and customs without delay to avoid missing your transfer. If you foresee any issues (e.g. lost luggage or long queues), contact the transfer provider using the number on your voucher.

Once you meet your driver, you’ll be taken directly to your accommodation in central Tokyo, with a typical travel time of around 60 to 90 minutes, depending on traffic and destination.
